Considering Snake Eyes is simply a rehash of his previous version, Hasbro must make the accessories desirable to warrant another $15.00 investment. There are a lot of accessories, that is for sure.

Below you'll see one of Snake Eyes' trademark weapons this time around, his "Tri-Blade Sword". It has two narrow grooves in the center blade which allow the other two thinner blades to nest neatly within, or to be manually extended for some more offensive power. It also lends more to his medievil look, coming across more like a nasty looking broadsword and less like an oriental katana that Snake Eyes might normally carry.
Snakes also comes with a bladed spear (another somewhat strange weapon for a modern day commando) which can attach to an "extender" as seen below. As is Sigma 6's trademark, this extender is modular and can fit on his tri-blade sword as well, and would also work nicely with Kamakura and the Wave 1 Snake Eyes' gear, too.

Another trademark is the "Air Brake" backpack. Apparently it's not really a jetpack, but more of an accessory to the Ninja Lightning, and it works in pretty much the same way as we saw in Episode 6: Race. Snake Eyes deploys the pack while on the bike and is stopped suddenly and lifted above the danger. Still, I might end up using it as a pseudo winged jetpack, because it does look pretty neat. It folds down and clicks in cleanly, and the spring-loaded action works perfectly, snapping the brakes into stopping position quickly and smoothly, merely by pressing the handle-looking thing on the top of the pack.

When all suited up, Snake Eyes looks like more knight than ninja, but the armor does look neat, even if it doesn't serve a real concrete purpose.

Of course his silenced machine gun is just flat out awesome.
The figure, in general, looks nice, but even with a wealth of accessories and armor, may not be worth the investment. Cool, yes...useful and indispensible, definitely not.
