Long Range essentially only comes with three accessories, although his sniper rifle is accessory enough for three figures! It's a mammoth gun with a ton of interlocking components and is a pure joy to play with. Whether you use long range mode, sniper mode, or even the grenade launcher, there is a ton of play value and the weapon is a MONSTER. The shotgun and knife are no slouch either.

Once assembled, the sniper rifle can use two different barrels, and a grenade launcher configuration if you so choose. Even the bipod breaks apart into several different pieces. This is one imposing weapon, no matter how you choose to use it, and the gun is larger than the figure himself! The lens on the scope actually flips up and down, and the green bolt on the side slides back. You press the green button on the butt of the rifle to simulate "recoil". The recoil feature is pretty much the section underneath the scope clunking back and forth. It does make for a somewhat neat recoil effect.

His sawed-off double barrel is a perfect backup. When long range attacks are not an option, he needs some close-up defense, and he gets it in spades. I love the little skull keychain attachment and encourage anyone who likes it to buy their Long Range figure early, because it is a limited edition variant that will soon be shipped without the keychain included. The shotgun has a very western feel and I really love it...it even folds down the barrel to simulate shotgun shell reloading!

Even his knife has a nasty element of surprise! With an angular finger-guard and a jagged, serated blade, even without any guns, Long Range is a force to be reckoned with.

The rifle is a monster, and the figure almost looks a little off balance with it in his hands, but it is still a fantastic weapon.

It's amazing how a figure's personallity will really show through in their accessories. I love all of the gear that this guy comes with and I heartily recommend anyone and everyone pick this figure up, and I defy people to tell me that this sniper rifle isn't one of the most impressive accessories to come with a Joe figure. What a great addition to Sigma 6 and an awesome new character to boot!
